They say you should tell people your dreams so that they don't stay that way. If the idea only exists in your mind then there is a good chance that there is where it will always live. By vocalising your ambitions you are making a commitment to achieving them. There is no guarantee that you will make it, but it is one step further down the road to making your ambition a reality.
